From the A24 Roma – L’Aquila – Teramo, West side:
Go on towards Teramo Est exit, keep driving on the left, following indications for Teramo and enter into the SS80; go on for 3.9 km and cross 2 traffic circles; turn on the left and take Via Luigi Cadorna/SS81; keep going for 8.5 km and cross the traffic circle. Corte dei Tini is at Your left.

From the A24 Roma – L’Aquila – Teramo, South-East side:
Go on towards the South-East on the A24 for 5.2 km: take Basciano – Villa Vomano exit towards Basciano/Villa Vomano, enter into the SS120 and keep going for 2.6 km; go ahead for 5.5 km on the SS81.

From the A14 highway – Roseto degli Abruzzi exit:
Take Roseto degli Abruzzi exit towards the SS150 (toll road); keep going to the left following the indications for Montorio/Roma/L’Aquila; turn on the left and take the SS150, go on for 17.1 km and cross 2 traffic circles; turn on the right towards the SS81, go on for 700 meters then turn on the right and take the SS81; keep going for 3.3 km. Corte dei Tini is at Your right.

The station with heavy traffic closest to the city of Teramo is to Giulianova (about 26 km away), you can continue with local train or by bus "Harp".
